VOVOHO policy
Terms & Conditions
The commercial terms governing inquiries, quotations, samples, OEM/ODM projects, and wholesale orders placed with VOVOHO — the B2B export brand of Dongguan Danny Hardware Technology Co., Ltd., Dongguan, China.
Summary for buyers
- This website is a B2B sourcing platform, not a retail store — no checkout, no consumer sales.
- Website pricing, MOQ, and lead times are indicative; only a written, mutually confirmed quotation creates an order.
- Bulk production starts only after your written sample approval.
- The standard trade term is FOB Dongguan (Incoterms 2020); other terms by written agreement.
- Our liability is limited to the confirmed purchase price of the goods in question.
- You are responsible for import legality, labeling, and compliance in your destination market.
Who we are
This website is operated by Dongguan Danny Hardware Technology Co., Ltd. ("VOVOHO"), a manufacturer of adult wellness and intimate products located at No. 18-2, Gangxia Nan Street, Xiabian, Changan Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong, China. "VOVOHO", "we", "us", and "our" in these terms refer to this company.
These terms apply to your use of vovoho.com and to all commercial communication between VOVOHO and business buyers, unless a separately signed contract states otherwise.
Who this site is for
This website is built for business buyers — brand owners, distributors, procurement teams, and wholesale buyers evaluating VOVOHO for private label or OEM/ODM adult wellness manufacturing. It is not a consumer retail platform, and no checkout or payment is accepted through this site. Adult wellness products are age-restricted goods in most markets; this website is intended for adults conducting business (18 years or older).
All pricing, lead times, MOQ, and configuration information shown here is indicative. Confirmed details are delivered through written sales communication.
Quotations and order confirmation
A formal quotation is prepared after reviewing your product requirements, order quantity, customization scope, and shipping destination. Unless stated otherwise, a quotation is valid for 30 days from its issue date and becomes a confirmed order only when both parties agree the commercial terms in writing — including product model, quantity, unit price, packaging, payment terms, and lead time.
Submitting an inquiry form, sending an email, or requesting a catalog does not create an order or any obligation on either side. It opens a sales conversation.
Samples and bulk production approval
Sample approval is your written confirmation that the product, packaging, logo, materials, and quality standard are acceptable before mass production begins. VOVOHO will not start bulk production without this confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sample fees and courier costs are confirmed per project in writing.
Changes requested after bulk production has started may affect cost, lead time, or material availability. Review samples carefully — issues visible at sample stage that are raised after bulk approval may be treated as buyer-side changes rather than manufacturing defects.
Payment and production milestones
Standard payment terms for new buyers are a 30% deposit on order confirmation and the 70% balance before shipment, paid by bank transfer (T/T). Alternative arrangements — including letters of credit for larger programs — can be discussed and must be confirmed in writing before production begins.
Production scheduling, material purchasing, sample making, mold work, packaging procurement, and shipment preparation may each depend on agreed milestones such as deposit receipt, artwork approval, or sample sign-off. Production does not advance past each milestone until it is confirmed — this protects both sides.
Customization and intellectual property
When you submit logos, brand names, packaging designs, artwork, or product briefs, you confirm you have the rights to use them commercially. VOVOHO will not knowingly reproduce third-party intellectual property and may decline production requests that appear to infringe registered trademarks or create unreasonable legal exposure for either party.
Buyer-supplied brand assets are treated as confidential and used only for the agreed production purpose.
Destination market compliance
Adult wellness products are regulated differently in each country. You are responsible for verifying that product specifications, claims, labeling, packaging text, certifications, and import documentation meet your destination market's requirements.
VOVOHO can provide manufacturing support and documentation — including CE, RoHS, and FCC-related files where applicable — but compliance decisions, including what is legal to import, sell, claim, and label, remain the buyer's responsibility.
Production tolerances
Bulk production involves reasonable tolerances in color, print registration, material texture, and dimensions. These are normal manufacturing realities.
If your specification requires tighter tolerances — for example for regulated packaging, device assembly, or retail chain compliance — state these requirements in writing before sampling so they can be documented and agreed before production begins.
Limitation of liability
VOVOHO's liability in connection with any B2B order is limited to the confirmed purchase price of the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, or downstream market consequences arising from product delays, specification changes, or import issues outside our direct control.
Website content — including blog guides, buyer checklists, and category pages — is for general sourcing reference and does not replace signed contracts, formal quotations, or professional legal and compliance advice.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms, and any dispute arising from business with VOVOHO, are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
We resolve commercial issues through direct, good-faith negotiation first — this settles the large majority of questions quickly. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days of written notice, either party may submit it to the competent people's court in the place where VOVOHO is registered (Dongguan, Guangdong).
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, port closures, or carrier capacity collapse. The affected party must notify the other promptly, and both sides will agree a revised schedule in writing.
Updates to these terms
VOVOHO may update these terms as the business grows. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date, and continued use of this website or our sales communication means you accept the current published version.
Common questions
- Does sending an inquiry commit me to an order? No. An inquiry opens a sales conversation; an order exists only after both sides confirm commercial terms in writing.
- Are the prices on this website final? No. Website prices are indicative; your written quotation reflects your exact specification, quantity, and destination.
- Can I change my specification after sample approval? Yes, but changes after bulk production starts may affect cost and lead time and are handled as buyer-side changes.
- Which law applies to my order? The laws of the People's Republic of China, unless a signed contract states otherwise.
