We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not run consumer accounts or subscription services.
Why we collect it
Your information is used to respond to your sourcing request — preparing quotations, recommending products, arranging samples, and supporting B2B cooperation. Nothing more.
For private label or OEM/ODM projects, we may retain project briefs, artwork notes, sample feedback, and communication history so our team can provide consistent follow-up across a project that may span weeks or months.
Who sees your information
Your inquiry may be reviewed by VOVOHO's sales, product, and operations teams as needed to handle your request. We do not sell buyer data. We do not share your information with third-party marketers, advertising platforms, or data brokers.
Infrastructure and service providers
This website runs on Vercel (hosting and deployment) and Supabase (database and file storage). Inquiry data submitted through forms is stored in our Supabase database. Business email communication uses standard email providers.
These providers process data on our behalf to operate the website. They are subject to their own security practices and data agreements.
Analytics and tracking
This site may use basic analytics to understand page traffic, form performance, and error rates. We do not use invasive behavioral tracking or retargeting pixels. If you prefer not to be tracked, most browsers support do-not-track settings or tracker-blocking extensions.

B2B inquiry and project records may be retained for up to three years for business follow-up, order history, and quality review purposes.
